We have inspirational videos for many of our destinations, although sadly not all of them just yet.

Antarctica Classic

If you’re thinking of discovering the Antarctic, then take a look at our short video for a flavour of the amazing experiences that await.

There’s no better way to explore the Antarctic Peninsular than on board the M/S Expedition cruise ship. Sailing from Ushuaia, the southernmost city in the world and capital of Tierra del Fuego, the ship crosses both the iconic Beagle Channel and the Drake Passage to reach Antarctic waters.

As you will see from the video, cabins are generously proportioned with private en-suite facilities and outside views. Facilities on board are second to none with a sauna, gym and medical centre to keep you fit and healthy, a library to learn all about the Antarctic, fine dining in the ship’s restaurant and fascinating presentations from the expert expedition crew.

The stunning ice-sculpted scenery can be viewed from the panoramic observation deck whilst excursions in small Zodiac boats will take you onto the ice and up close to the amazing Antarctic wildlife. Penguin rookeries and seal colonies will be within touching distance whilst minke and humpback whales may be seen breaching or gliding serenely by in the pristine waters.

Short walks allow you to better explore the unique environment and there’s also time for some fun in the snow or even an invigorating polar plunge in the Antarctic waters!

Each day on our Antarctic adventure presents exciting new discoveries and the expert guides and helpful ship’s crew will ensure you don’t miss a thing.

See the full details of our Antarctica Classic cruise or our longer Spirit of Shackleton holiday which also sails on the M/S Expedition ship.

Please note that cabins used on any given departure may vary from those shown.
