Thank you for travelling with Mountain Kingdoms. We hope that your experience was unforgettable and lived up to your expectations.
We are continually updating and improving our service, and your comments and suggestions, relating to your holiday, are an invaluable aid in helping us to achieve this.
The choice of local guide and driver added immensely to the overall holiday experience. In particular their ability to immerse us in local culture was outstanding. We liked the choice of hotels, particularly the more rustic ones, which reflected Bhutanese lifestyle and culture. In Kathmandu, Dwarika's was superb particularly the relaxing ambience and wonderful architecture.

Well planned
An outstandingly well planned tour, clearly based on your detailed experience and excellent local agents in each country.
Having done a number of treks in this part of the world, this was a truly unique experience which has left indelible memories of vast and untamed landscapes, with extraordinary rock formations such as I have never seen before. We were superbly looked after by our crew who, after each day's hard trek, fed us like kings and anticipated our every need - who could want for more?
The trek was, by far, the most memorable and most enjoyable trek that I have ever done. Whilst the trek was tough and challenging (and at times not for the faint hearted), the scenery was sensational, the trek crew were exceptionally good and the food excellent. It is refreshing that you have discovered a new, remote, trekking route which, in my opinion, must rank as one of the world's best 'new classic', trekking routes.
We really enjoyed the small group of like minded people as well as the caring, professional staff with good in-country support.

Everything was excellent
Everything was excellent. Having discovered how thoroughly enjoyable it was to have everything done (and carried) for me, by people who were always friendly and attentive, I am grateful to Mountain Kingdoms and I look forward to booking with you again.

Excellent
Overall, satisfaction excellent and well up to your usual trek standards.
A fantastic holiday. Service and organisation both before and during the trek were first class. Our Sherpas also spoke highly of your company and said that it was one of the few that actually looked after the needs of porters.
This trek was one of the most interesting, varied and challenging that I have experienced. A trek worth doing in a country worth visiting - before the glaciers recede even further.
The acclimatisation and trek were excellent. This was my first trek and my first time in South America and first time travelling on my own! A fantastic experience and well organised!
We felt throughout that we were in the hands of accomplished experts in the field. We particularly enjoyed taking a trip that was so far removed from many other tour packages. The tour combined awe-inspiring scenery, local contact, expert insights into a serene way of life, deeply committed staff, good accommodation (for that part of the world) and mostly excellent vegetarian food that is so hard to find in many places elsewhere.

Enjoyable adventure trip
It was a very enjoyable adventure trip, well planned and full of interest. The way the places we stayed in gradually built up in altitude was very helpful. It was a tough trip in physical terms but a great experience.

Remote and cultural
When I review the 1000+ images of the trip, I was very pleased I went - met my expectations of the remoteness and culture. Will happily travel with Himalayan Kingdoms (now Mountain Kingdoms) again.
I thought the festival was quite amazing and completely mediaeval, as was Lo Manthang itself, a wonderful reward for six days hard walking. Unforgettable.
