There is plenty to see and do away from the mountains themselves. This magnificent Annapurna trek circumnavigates the huge Annapurna massif and crosses the Thorong La pass, which, at 5,416m, is the high-point of the trek. The route gives amazing views of many of the Himalayan giants as well as entering the Kali Gandaki Gorge – the deepest in the world.
Mini Annapurna Circuit
The ’Mini’ version of the Annapurna Circuit takes us through an incredible spectrum of landscape and culture. From paddy fields and sub-tropical forest, over the breathtaking Thorong La Pass, to the barren landscape of the Kali Gandaki Gorge and finally back to the lush green foothills. br/>
