Book onto the August departure of our Camino de Santiago trek in northern Spain next August, and you'll be able to experience a total eclipse of the sun. In the middle of the night on the 9th September 2023 a devastating earthquake hit the Atlas Mountains of Morocco. One of the country’s worst ever quakes, it killed almost 3,000 people, injured many, many more and destroyed thousands of homes and other buildings.
