Winter Walk in the Jebel Sahro reviews

Fantastic trip in an amazing landscape! At times it looked as if we had landed on an alien planet, jagged, red rocks and very little in the way of vegetation. At dawn and sunset the colours were fabulous. The support team (guide, cook and two muleteers) were wonderful people and great company. Omar, our cook prepared tasty, healthy meals three times a day, no small feat when the area hadn't had a drop of rain all year. It was reassuring to find that there are still some lovely parts of the world where you really can get away from it all; we saw one other walking group in the distance and one couple with their guide, over a four day period.
