The Five Stans Tour of Central Asia reviews

We loved the variety of this trip. Five different countries, all linked by geography and history yet each with its own personality. We visited modern cities, ancient cities steeped in history; landscapes from deserts, to fertile farmland, to snow capped mountains. We knew so little of this part of the world. We visited hard to get to places and learned a great deal about their history, their culture and their place in the world. We could never have packed in so much and learned so much on our own.
