Kit List for the Everest Base Camp Trek

Rosanna will be back soon, having completed the Everest Base Camp Trek. She sent me her kit list a few days before her departure. It reads like equipment for an adventure -

2 beanies
2 medium layer long sleeved tops
1 thick fleece
Gloves
Glove liners

Travel towel

Hi there, I’m doing this later in the year (October 2009). Our lists are pretty similar ! You haven’t listed on here items relating to health, for example, Iodine tablets. I mention this because I’m trying to work out how many to buy and that question relates to how much water one will be drinking !! Also, I’m sure they’d sell Iodine out there, but have seen no mention of this anywhere.
