Very good standard of hotels and food. I enjoyed the quality of flexibility and organisation. Experiences provided very well organised. All staff were very helpful.
The holiday was lovely, thank you for your organisation. The tour leader and driver in Bhutan were lovely people, couldn't have had better. Boat staff and management on Brahmaputra were all exceptionally lovely, thank you to all.
What we enjoyed was the amazing scenery combined with the happy friendly people of Nepal and Bhutan. Our guides were excellent, extremely knowledgeable, friendly and punctual.
The standard of food and hotels was very good throughout. The size of the group was just right. The guide, driver, and assistant were always helpful and attentive. All round good experience.
This was an excellent trip. The itinerary was well organised and I think contained all the most interesting places in Sri Lanka. It had a combination of interesting historical temples, good walking, coastal scenery and wildlife. The hotels and meals were of a consistently high standard. Everything was well organised.
All the arrangements went well. Good choice of hotels with some local characteristics.
I really enjoyed the whole experience of cycling, seeing the country and the sights, and learning about Bhutan from our guide who was very informative. I enjoyed going to a country which is still off-the-beaten-track and seeing its culture and how it is developing.
Good group, well protected. A patient, friendly local leader, very reliable. We were very pleased to find that Mountain Kingdoms has a fine reputation there, everyone spoke highly of Mountain Kingdoms. The country has massive potential for tourism. Some very good close contact with Ethiopian people and culture, e.g. the Tej-house in Lalibela; coffee ceremony in village.
From start to finish everything was superb. All hotels were varied and of a high standard; food arrangements excellent and walking was in wonderful woodland areas as well as through villages off-the-beaten-track. Delhi, Agra, Jaipur extension was extremely well-organised. All staff helpful & informative and top quality hotels. What really made this special for us was the driver - Bachan Singh who many times went out of his way to give us extra time and additional surprising temples etc. The group of eight like-minded people was just right. Thank you again for a wonderful adventure.
Wonderful trek in this 'little known' region. Overall, well organised. The trek had stunning scenery/interaction with local villagers/getting to know our porters and how they live. Excellent camping facilities.
