A very interesting and varied tour led by an excellent and understanding guide. I would definitely recommend the experience.
What we enjoyed was walking on remote sections of the wall that is not crowded with tourists.
Small group tour. Excellent local guide.
The whole trip was well organised from start to finish, and the trek team could not do enough for us. First class.
Having travelled with Mountain Kingdoms several times previously, we felt confident that we would be well looked after. The trek crew were very supportive and great fun to be with.
Firstly we really enjoyed the holiday and thought that the pre-trip advice and organisation was excellent. Accommodation was excellent, with the Chhatra Sagar visit the definite highlight. The visit to Udaipur coupled with the trip on the lake was first-rate. The houseboat stay in Kashmir and additional extra visit with the guide up to the mountains was memorable. Overall the food during the whole of the visit was excellent.
What we enjoyed was the selection of the places we visited, and the accommodation could not be faulted both in terms of quality but also in the way they fitted so well together. The luxury tents was rated 'tops' by us all; it was hospitality of the kindest and most sensitive.
An excellent tour with very good to excellent accommodation, at a nice pace, plenty to see but not rushed, and we got to see parts of the real India. Chhatra Sagar was particularly good. In Kashmir everybody was doing their best for us and I felt safe at all times.
The tour was well organised but flexible, sometimes we did something different because there happened to be the opportunity.
Thank you for allowing me the holiday of a lifetime. The two weeks felt like a month and every day was a treasure. The Druk Path Trek is a wonderful experience and the walks beforehand and sightseeing afterwards were well organised, brilliant experiences. I felt very safe and well cared for throughout this exciting program.
