Manaslu Circuit Honeymoon

In need of a romantic gesture, then why not plan to have your honeymoon on trek in Nepal with a group of strangers? Well that’s exactly what travel journalists Sarah Baxter and Paul Bloomfield did last year when they joined one of our groups trekking the Manaslu Circuit in Nepal for their belated honeymoon.
Sarah published a wonderfully engaging account of their romantic holiday for 12 in Saturday’s Telegraph Travel.
They declared the trek to have been ‘astonishing’ with the ‘best views and the best people’. After they’d crossed the highest point, the Larkya La, at over 5,200m, they even got to toast their future together with a surprise bottle of Nepalese wine diligently carried by their assistant guide. Now that’s romance!
