Did you know: Sri Lanka is the second largest exporter of tea in the world after Kenya and produces almost 350 million KG of tea each year. Ceylon tea is traditionally strong, black tea but the country now also produces green and white teas.
Everything was very well organised and ran smoothly. Hotels were of a very good standard throughout, as was the food. The itinerary was very comprehensive, we really felt we had a full and varied experience of life in Sri Lanka, its history, culture and way of life.
Mr & Mrs B, Surrey
I am just back from yet another superb trip with MK. We had a fabulous time. The itinerary was rich and diverse providing us with a very broad experience of a large amount of the country without feeling rushed or pressurised… A great trip all round.

When to go:
Seraphina handles all of our incoming bookings and insurance matters. She has traveled extensively, leading treks in Bhutan, Tibet, Northern India, Ladakh and Nepal, where she instigated our now popular Family Trek. Seraphina has also undertaken reconnaissance trips for MK in Sri Lanka, Tanzania, Peru and Japan, and has climbed Stok Kangri and Kilimanjaro. Closer to home, there's nothing she enjoys more than trekking in the Alps.
