Ready when you are - Provisional Bookings, Private Departures & Refund Promise
At last the Mountain Kingdoms office is finally starting to look like an office again with more of us back in and working. There is always someone here Monday to Friday 09:00-17:30, so please, make our day and give us a call. We love any excuse to talk travel!
Although none of the team have managed to escape overseas in recent months we have been taking the opportunity to explore closer to home with forays to the Peak District, the Yorkshire Dales and the Isles of Scilly. But, like many of you who completed our recent Future of Travel survey (thank you!), we’re actually all dreaming of the far flung destinations on our travel wish lists. Hot favourites in the office are Sri Lanka, Italy, Morocco and Nepal. Mmmmm, we can almost smell that fresh mountain air.
So, if like us, you’re almost ready to make travel plans but are rightly still feeling a little cautious, here are a few things that we can offer to help.
No-cost, No-obligation Provisional Booking Service
We all need something to look forward to right now but with all the recent uncertainty of quarantine restrictions and with travel corridors opening (and closing) at the drop of a Transport Minister’s hat, you might not quite be ready to book. As many of you will already know, Mountain Kingdoms offers a Provisional Booking service – just call or email us to make a provisional booking which will hold your place on one of our small group holidays. Provisional Bookings come with no cost and no obligation but can only be held for a limited time.
Call us on +44 (0) 1453 844400 or email info@mountainkingdoms.com and we’ll be happy to help.
Whilst small group holidays offer lots of fun, and the chance to meet fellow travellers, you may prefer not to travel with others right now. Instead, book your own Private Departure of any Mountain Kingdoms group holiday, travelling with just friends or family on a date to suit you. Alternatively, if you’re looking for a fully bespoke holiday why not take advantage of our expert Tailor Made service - speak to one of our well-travelled Operations Managers today.
Our Refund PromiseYou may have seen recent stories in the media about travel companies refusing to refund travellers leaving them thousands of pounds out of pocket. Please be reassured that if we are unable to operate your holiday due to FCO travel advice, or destination or airline schedule restrictions, we will cancel your holiday, and, if you don’t wish to transfer to a later departure or choose an alternative holiday, we will offer you a full refund. Unlike other companies, we have been providing no-quibble refunds from the start of the pandemic as per the European Travel Package Regulations 2018. We will continue to do so, and as a full-bonded company – ATOL 2973 and ABTOT – we offer complete financial security.
