Kate Humble – Wild Shepherdess
Kate's new series Wild Shepherdess has made fascinating viewing and is a great insight in to the lives of shepherds in some of the world's most remote places. Last week focused on the alpaca herders in the high Andes of Peru and it is still available to watch on BBC I-player until Friday 12th July.
You can also catch up on the first episode, which looked the lives of shepherds in Afghanistan.

Half marathon triumph
Three Mountain Kingdoms trekkers swapped their mountain boots for running shoes to compete in the British Trail Running championships in the Forest of Dean half marathon on Sunday 24 March. MK Operations Manager Niki Morgan won a silver medal in her Female Veteran 55 category, completing the testing course in 1 hour 34 minutes and 39 seconds....
