It is with great sadness that we pass on the news of the death of Phuntchok Dawa, gyalpo (precious ruler) of Padum in the Himalayan kingdom of Zanskar, Ladakh. Phuntchok actually died on 28^th May 2023 but the news has only now reached us.

Three Mountain Kingdoms trekkers swapped their mountain boots for running shoes to compete in the British Trail Running championships in the Forest of Dean half marathon on Sunday 24 March. MK Operations Manager Niki Morgan won a silver medal in her Female Veteran 55 category, completing the testing course in 1 hour 34 minutes and 39 seconds....
