Our Price Guarantee:

If you book a holiday with Mountain Kingdoms, from our 2009 brochure/website or a 2009 tailor made itinerary, we guarantee that there will be NO surcharges to the price confirmed at the time of booking.This applies to all holidays departing between 1st January and 31st December 2009.

Airline Tax/Fuel Refund Commitment

On all Mountain Kingdoms holidays departing in 2009 we are committed to refunding any reduction in the tax or fuel surcharge made by your airline up until the time your flights are ticketed. This offer is applicable to all 2009 brochure and tailor made holidays irrespective of when the booking was made.

Conditions:
  • This Price Guarantee supersedes paragraph 9/2 in Mountain Kingdoms standard booking conditions. All other booking conditions apply.

  • The above offers do not preclude any unlikely, but possible, increase in published holiday price BEFORE booking e.g. as a result of limited flight availability.

  • Mountain Kingdoms reserves the right to withdraw the above guarantee and refund at any time. This would not affect those clients who had already booked under the terms of the Price Guarantee and Refund commitment.


    • Our Flight Inclusive price includes:

    • A local or Mountain Kingdoms Appointed Leader. The type of leader is specified on the holiday page for each trip.
    • Economy class return air fares from the UK and UK departure tax.
    • Carbon emissions offset through TICOS
    • All internal flights and hotel/airport transfers where applicable.
    • Good standard hotel accommodation (usually 3/4 star) in main cities on a bed and breakfast basis.
    • Best available hotels in outlying towns, usually on full board basis.
    • All road transport by private vehicles.
    • All camping facilities and all meals on trek.
    • On all holidays involving overnight trekking (with the exception of Mount Olympus and Torres del Paine Circuit) your kit bag will be transported for you, leaving you to carry just your day sack. Porters will be insured.
    • Sightseeing where specified.
    • A free high quality Himalayan Kingdoms kit bag
    • Option of joining one of our four pre-trek meets in the Cotswolds whether you are preparing for a gentle Himalaya Trek or a more strenuous Everest Base Camp trek.

    Our Land Inclusive price includes:

    • As above, but these do not include international flights. Joining and departure points are detailed in our holiday itineraries that can be downloaded from each holiday page or requested from the office.

    What the price does not include:

    • Travel insurance
    • Visa fees (included for Bhutan)
    • Lunch and evening meals in major cities
    • Overseas airport departure taxes
    • Tips
    • Bar bills and laundry
    • Optional trips

    Price Variations

    There is a lot of publicity at the moment about airlines imposing fuel surcharges and supplements. Wherever possible we try to absorb these, however from time to time it may be necessary to pass on these additional costs. All trip prices therefore may be subject to change due to such external factors and the prices for each individual departure may vary slightly from those published in the current brochure. Any changes to the price of an individual trip will be advised before the booking is confirmed.
