Mountain Kingdoms provides complete financial security. You can book with us and be confident that our flight inclusive holidays are financially protected by the Civil Aviation Authority under ATOL Licence Number 2973, so long as either the person who pays for the booking is present in the UK when the booking is made or the first leg of any flight(s) we arrange for you commences in the UK.Land only holidays and holidays that include international flights booked by us which originate outside the UK are covered by a bond secured with the AITO Trust. We are members of AITO and bound by their quality charter.
Will there be any surcharges or price changes?
We do not impose 'local payments' or charges for 'meal packages'. However, all of our holiday prices may change as a result of factors beyond our control eg lack of flight availability. Any such variation in price will be advised before your booking is confirmed. We do reserve the right to surcharge, for instance, in the case of dramatic foreign exchange fluctuations or if airline prices rise significantly, but would only do this in extreme circumstances.Is there a charge for overseas bookings?
There is no set fee for clients booking from overseas. However, the cost of posting kit bags to overseas addresses will be added to the invoice of anyone booking from abroad (approximately £10 to Europe and £16 Worldwide).Do I have to pay a supplement as a single traveller?
If you are a single person booking one of our holidays, we will arrange for you to share hotel rooms/a tent, with another traveller of the same sex. If no sharer subsequently books onto the holiday, you will not be required to pay a supplement. Should you prefer to have either a hotel room or a tent (or both) to yourself throughout your trip, where available we will book this for you and charge the appropriate supplement(s) as shown on the relevant holiday page.In some destinations, booked single rooms may not be available or be withdrawn at very short notice. Should this situation arise on your holiday, the relevant cost will be refunded.
If you book an extension or a Tailor Made holiday, a single supplement must be paid unless you have someone to share with in your party.
