We are extremely pleased that you have decided to book with Mountain Kingdoms, and can offer three ways for you to place your booking:
  1. Online, with secure payment through SagePay (note this opens in a new window)
  2. By phone - call us with your credit card details and full names of all members of your group, as they appear in your passports
  3. Download the Booking Form here and post/fax it with your £300 per person deposit and insurance premium, if applicable, to our address or fax (see below). Please note that any bookings received less than 60 days prior to departure require a deposit of £750 per person, and for certain destinations we may require an interim flight payment.
Useful information:
Upon receipt, we will confirm your booking and send you a flight itinerary (as necessary) and Dossier to help you prepare for your trip. In the days and weeks after making your booking we ask you to return information to us covering medical, passport and insurance information (if not taking our insurance).The final balance payment for your holiday is then due two months prior to the start of the holiday.


Flight tickets and joining information will be sent to you approximately two weeks prior to departure. Your free Mountain Kingdoms kit bag and baggage labels will either be sent separately, or given to you at a Pre-Trip Meet. NB The additional cost of delivering kit bags outside the UK or Channel Islands will be added to the confirmation invoice (approx. £10 to Europe and £18 Worldwide).
